rbazze Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and rbazze ("rbazze", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at rbazze.ws. These Terms apply to all products, services, features, and content made available through the rbazze platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot machines, crash games, fish shooting titles, promotional offers, VIP programmes, and all payment services.

By creating an account on rbazze, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes, and that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rbazze platform.

rbazze reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

To register and maintain an account on rbazze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rbazze operates a strict minimum age policy. Creating an account if you are under 21 is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. rbazze reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated by third parties, and accounts created using automated registration systems are not permitted.
3. You must provide your real, legal name, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate date of birth during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must not already hold an existing rbazze account. Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts linked to the same device, payment method, IP address, or household are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either through rbazze's own responsible gaming programme or through any other responsible gambling scheme that covers the rbazze platform.

rbazze reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the rbazze platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified in writing by rbazze. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

rbazze offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and a tiered VIP loyalty programme. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rbazze reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, use of different payment methods, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
3. Wagering on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
4. Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your rbazze wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds by default. You may opt out of receiving bonus funds at any time by contacting rbazze support.
5. rbazze reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of system errors, or any other prohibited conduct.
6. VIP programme tier points are earned on real-money wagering only. Points earned on bonus-funded play do not contribute to VIP tier advancement. rbazze reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members where practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbazze platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

The rbazze platform and all services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rbazze takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbazze's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbazze shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rbazze has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rbazze is not responsible for losses arising from network outages, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside rbazze's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rbazze's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the rbazze platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, rbazze's decision shall be final, subject to the escalation procedure described below.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your rbazze account or any transaction, your first step should be to contact the rbazze support team by email at support@rbazze.ws. Our team operates seven days a week during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours and will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours. We aim to resolve all complaints within five business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following direct contact with our support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to rbazze's senior compliance team by clearly stating "Formal Escalation Request" in the subject line of your email. rbazze will provide a final written response to all formally escalated complaints within 14 calendar days.
